Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are applicable only at the start of the program or upon payment of the first subscription fee and will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of enrolling in the program. - In case of an approved refund, the amount will be transferred back within 5-7 days to the individual’s account via the original mode of payment or a similar method.
2. Discontinuation of Program
- If a participant chooses to discontinue a program after enrollment or during the program tenure, no refunds will be provided for any fees paid.
- Discontinuation of programs with subscription-based pricing (e.g., 3-month, 9-month, or 12-month durations) will also not qualify for refunds or fee adjustments.
- Participants are encouraged to review program details and commitments thoroughly before enrolling to avoid inconvenience.
3. Refunds for Program Dissatisfaction
- If you feel that the program delivered is not as described on the platform or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 3 days of starting the program.
- Upon reviewing your complaint, our customer service team will assess the situation and make an appropriate decision regarding any possible remedies.
4. General Guidelines
- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our official customer service channels.
- Decisions made by the customer service team regarding refunds and cancellations are final.
